At this event, held annually since 2011 to foster collaboration and investment opportunities between startups and investors, Enhance emerged as a leader in next-generation AI technology by showcasing its innovative 'CommerceOS' solution, which automates complex business operations. Enhance's 'CommerceOS' processes marketplace data from 52 countries worldwide in real-time, with an 'Action-oriented AI' system at its core, automating the entire process from pricing decisions to execution. This system organically operates various AI agent models essential for commerce operations, including price management, review collection and analysis, advertisement analysis, and product inspection. It was particularly emphasized that by analyzing vast amounts of data collected from 52 countries in real-time, it can achieve more precise price intelligence than any other solution. Enhance explained that 'CommerceOS' goes beyond being a mere tool, functioning like an operating system (OS) where various departments within a company organically collaborate, thereby providing 'digital labor for enterprises'. They added that the core technology for implementing such an AI work model involves an Ontology-based LAM (Large Action Model) model. Founded in 2021, Enhance is an LAM-based AI agent solution company specializing in commerce automation, with LAM, a next-generation AI model, as its core driving force. Unlike conventional Large Language Models (LLMs) that primarily focus on language generation, LAM is recognized for its innovativeness in that it directly performs actual business tasks, autonomously judging and executing actions that can contribute to improving sales and operating profit.
