CommerceOS solution startup Enhance has successively presented innovative AI research papers at two prestigious international conferences, imprinting its technological prowess worldwide.
At 'IEEE Big Data 2025', a conference specializing in big data, Enhance unveiled its paper titled 'Question-to-Knowledge: Multi-Agent Generation of Inspectable Facts for Product Mapping'. This paper addresses 'Q2K (Question-to-Knowledge)', Enhance's unique solution to the chronic challenge of SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) matching in the e-commerce industry. Comprising three multi-AI agents responsible for inference, knowledge, and deduplication, this framework recorded an overwhelming accuracy of 95.6%, earning praise for setting a new standard in product matching efficiency.
In parallel, at 'JCDL (Joint Conference on Digital Libraries)', a conference specializing in information retrieval, Enhance, through joint research with Peking University, unveiled the paper 'Comparative Approach for Prompt Improvement: Automated Prompt Optimization via Retrieval-Based Contrastive Reasoning'. The core of this research, the 'CRPO framework', utilizes Contrastive Reasoning to automatically optimize Large Language Model (LLM) prompts, representing a groundbreaking technology. This significantly improves the helpfulness, accuracy, and consistency of LLMs, maximizing the model's potential.
Both studies were led by Enhance's AI researcher Won-Deok Seo, and all these pioneering research achievements are slated for immediate application to the technological advancement of 'CommerceOS', Enhance's core service.
Lee Seung-hyun, CEO of Enhance, stated, "This academic validation goes beyond a simple commerce solution; it has broadened the horizons of AI inference methods," and expressed his ambition to "further strengthen global research collaborations to lead the next-generation AI solution market."
Meanwhile, Enhance, which leads global marketplace data processing and pricing automation with its behavioral AI solution 'CommerceOS', has already been recognized for its potential by being the only Korean company selected for Palantir's 'Startup Fellowship'. Currently, Enhance is accelerating its global market expansion, based on approximately 50 domestic and international clients, and has once again proven itself to be a true technology leader through these academic presentations.
