Enhance Officially Launches 'CommerceOS'
An innovative movement poised to redefine the future of the commerce environment has begun. Foreshadowing a new era of AI-driven commerce, CommerceOS solution startup Enhance officially launched its 'CommerceOS' formal service at the symbolic time of 11:11 AM on November 11th. Alongside this, it fully incorporated the more advanced AI agent model 'ACT-2,' presenting a new paradigm to the global commerce market. Enhance envisions a future where AI plays a central role in all processes, from product discovery to purchase, and even in the transaction participation of businesses as sellers. Developed based on this vision, CommerceOS aims to be a next-generation operating system where AI agents within the commerce industry can interact and conduct optimal commercial activities. This official version significantly strengthens the solution's integration and management capabilities, perfectly realizing an 'Agentic AI' environment where multiple AI agents organically collaborate to handle complex processes. In particular, the newly equipped AI agent model 'ACT-2' has dramatically improved web interface control capabilities by incorporating ontology technology. It has also proven its technological prowess by ranking high on the 'Online-Mind2Web leaderboard,' standing shoulder-to-shoulder with global tech companies like Google and OpenAI. Enhance CEO Lee Seung-hyun expressed his ambition, stating, "Through CommerceOS, which encompasses ontology-based ACT-2 technology, we will support our clients in responding agilely to rapidly changing business environments and driving innovation." He emphasized, "We will grow into a global commerce operating system company and contribute to accelerating our clients' business innovation." CommerceOS, developed by Enhance and based on LAM (Large Action Model), is drawing attention as an 'action-oriented AI' solution that combines Palantir's Foundry platform with Enhance's proprietary technology. It boasts powerful capabilities to analyze vast global marketplace data and automate core business logic, such as pricing decisions. Enhance, which earned early recognition for its potential by being the first Korean company selected for Palantir's 'Startup Fellowship,' currently boasts over 50 domestic and international clients. Enhance's aggressive expansion into the North American, European, and Asian markets, positioning it as a leader in global commerce operating systems, is generating even greater anticipation.
