AI specialist company Elements has announced a major update to 'In-line AI,' a fully autonomous AI agent specialized in leveraging internal company data. This solution differentiates itself from existing AI that relies on web search by directly linking with internal company systems such as NAS, cloud storage, and document management systems (DMS) to collect and analyze data, and autonomously generate documents. This is its core feature.
In-line AI ensures security by utilizing a company's internal knowledge and know-how without the risk of external data leakage, enabling efficient document production. If a user simply gives a command like "Prepare last quarter's marketing performance report," the agent autonomously finds the necessary data from ERP, groupware, file servers, etc., performs integrated analysis, and completes the document according to the report format. This process can be transparently monitored and adjusted through the real-time document streaming function.
Elements has maximized data accessibility by building various enterprise system integration interfaces, including Document Centralization System (DRM), Groupware API, file DB linkage, and Single Sign-On (SSO). The administrator dashboard allows real-time monitoring of the agent's internal data access history and usage status, facilitating security and transparency management.
Through this update, customized solutions for specialized fields such as law, education, research, and business have been strengthened. In the legal field, it supports the creation of documents in specific formats, such as briefs and applications. In the education field, it supports the generation of detailed ability and special aptitude records for batch upload to NEIS. In the research field, it supports real-time translation and summarization of English academic papers. In the business field, it supports complex tasks such as automatic generation of government support business plans and analysis of IR materials.
Lee Sang-yeon, CEO of Elements, stated, "In-line AI presents a new paradigm that goes beyond simple document creation to effectively utilize corporate knowledge assets," and emphasized that through its Claude 4-based inference engine, the agent will act as an intelligent assistant that autonomously decides "how" to find information and structure documents, solely based on the user's instruction of "what" to do.
