Colosseum Corporation's (hereinafter referred to as Colosseum) innovative AI-based logistics solution 'COLO AI' received the Minister of Science and ICT Award at the '2025 New Software Product Awards', which boasts the highest authority in Korea's software industry, simultaneously recognizing its technological prowess and market value. Furthermore, its acquisition of the GS (Good Software) certification Grade 1 from the Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA) once again proved the outstanding completeness of this solution.
Colosseum, which has rapidly grown by securing a total of 53 logistics hubs, including 41 in Korea and 12 globally, within six years of its establishment, is a leading startup providing optimized logistics services for various sectors such as e-commerce, hypermarkets, and franchises. The core driver of this rapid growth lies precisely in 'COLO AI'.
'COLO AI', which earned this award, is an AI-based SaaS-type Warehouse Management System (WMS) developed in-house by Colosseum. It is perfectly integrated with the Order Management System (OMS), designed to allow comprehensive management of the entire logistics process, from start to finish, within a single interface. This system analyzes and predicts vast logistics data in real-time with a deep learning-based AI engine, dramatically improving shipping and return speeds, reducing logistics costs, and achieving astonishing results like shortening work hours by approximately 50%. Notably, it has achieved substantial improvements in operational efficiency, such as raising inventory accuracy to 99.9%. CPO Yoo In-hyung emphasized that quantitative performance improvements are continuously being achieved, including a 30% increase in daily order processing volume and a 70% reduction in manager work hours through AI analysis.
The strength of 'COLO AI' also shines in its field-friendly design. Its intuitive barcode-scan-based user interface makes it easy for anyone to use, regardless of worker skill level, and minimizes on-site complexity with high responsiveness to exceptional situations. Moreover, equipped with multi-language support including English, Japanese, and Spanish, 'COLO AI' has proven its competitiveness as a global SaaS solution, so much so that on-site personnel at the LA logistics center in the US could be deployed immediately on the same day without separate training.
Colosseum was also ultimately selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' '2025 Global Hidden Champions 1000+ Project', securing momentum to accelerate its expansion into overseas markets. Leveraging this opportunity, the company plans to broaden its solution market to distribution and manufacturing companies worldwide, including the United States, Japan, Mexico, Canada, and Southeast Asia, and will actively utilize its global logistics network by establishing logistics center partnerships at major hubs in Asia and North America within the next three years.
Park Jin-soo, CEO of Colosseum, stated, "The award and certification for COLO AI are the results of our technological dedication to solving on-site problems based on data," emphasizing, "Global SaaS logistics solutions will gain more attention in the future based on their strengths in rapidly responding to changes and flexibly reacting to customer demands." He further revealed the vision to "lead digital logistics innovation centered on COLO AI, providing customers with better services and innovation."
