DoguSpace, a company specializing in AI autonomous patrol robots, has opened a new chapter in robot control systems. On April 15, the company officially released 'SOS V3', the latest version of its intelligent integrated robot control system 'SOS (Security Operation System)', completing preparations to maximize the efficiency of on-site robot operations. SOS is a core web-based software for DoguSpace patrol robots, which has intuitively provided essential operational information such as real-time monitoring of on-site robot status, 6-channel video streaming, anomaly detection alerts, and robot monitoring. This system has managed multiple robots at a glance, serving as a reliable assistant for on-site managers. The core of 'SOS V3' lies in its innovative improvements to user experience (UX), the addition of powerful remote robot control functions, and a significant enhancement in real-time video streaming stability. User convenience has been greatly enhanced. Not only has a new, concise, and intuitive UI been applied, but the readability of anomaly detection alert windows has also been significantly improved. Furthermore, a local map-based real-time robot location tracking function has been added, further increasing control efficiency by enabling control personnel to grasp on-site situations at a glance and respond more quickly. Robot control capabilities have also been greatly expanded. A function to directly control robots within the control screen has been added, and path-based control in conjunction with DoguSpace's robot control software 'Planner' has also become possible. This allows for immediate intervention during specific mission execution or unexpected situations, thereby strengthening operational flexibility and on-site responsiveness. Improved streaming stability is another significant evolution of 'SOS V3'. By introducing a new dedicated video server, the streaming structure has been enhanced, establishing a stable video transmission environment. This overcomes the limitations of the previous method of direct access to individual robot communication networks, improving video quality and enabling more efficient management through a server-based video relay system. Now, it provides seamless and clear on-site video, further increasing the reliability of the control system. A DoguSpace official stated, "For this SOS V3, we focused all our efforts on dramatically enhancing usability and real-time responsiveness by actively incorporating valuable feedback from actual users." He added, expressing confidence, "Having perfected it through numerous strict internal tests and demonstrations, we believe the improved control system performance will set a new standard for smarter and more stable operation of AI autonomous patrol robots."
