Freshour's 'Bafdog', a big data-based healthcare solution for companion dogs that has garnered significant attention on the global stage, was proudly selected as a Top 100 startup at 'SITE 2025', Asia's largest startup expo held in Bangkok, Thailand, and participated in the official pitching session. At this event, where hundreds of companies from over 20 countries worldwide competed on the themes of AI and sustainability, Bafdog left a deep impression with its innovative technology. Through its 'Bafdog' brand, which provides customized healthcare and dietary solutions for the health of companion dogs, Freshour captivated the attention of local investors and global partners. In particular, its 'END-TO-END' service model, which not only precisely analyzes companion dogs' gut health using AI based on NGS (Next-Generation Sequencing) technology to predict diseases and propose suitable dietary solutions, but also directly produces these customized diets, received high acclaim. This unique approach, achieved through technology convergence, perfectly aligned with the core values of SITE 2025 and became a decisive factor in its selection as a Top 100 startup. This global leap was made possible thanks to the strong support of the 'S-Voucher Support Program' organized by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA). Freshour utilized this program to successfully participate in international exhibitions and create global partnering opportunities. Lim Kyung-ho, CEO of Freshour, emphasized, "Bafdog wants to convey a message that goes beyond simple healthcare – 'companion dogs eat well and healthily, and as a result, all pet families live happily and well'." He further expressed a strong ambition, stating, "We will use SITE 2025 as a springboard to accelerate our expansion into the Asian and global pet healthcare markets." Currently, Freshour is actively meeting with buyers from major Asian countries such as Thailand, Singapore, and Hong Kong, continuing strategic discussions for overseas market entry and distribution partnerships.
