Proptech startup DNK opens new horizons in the residential rental management market! PMS solution surpasses 25,000 units with rapid growth
DNK, a startup leading the proptech market with its innovative Property Management System (PMS) solution for residential rentals, is garnering industry attention with its explosive growth. Having taken on the management of over 25,000 residential rental units, a remarkable 47% increase compared to the end of last year, DNK is solving persistent industry problems through its PMS, which automates the entire rental property operation process to maximize efficiency.
The PMS developed by DNK significantly reduces time and costs for landlords and property management companies by simply and automatically handling complex tasks ranging from tenant contract signing to rent billing and collection, tax filing, and accounting report generation. Since its service launch last July, DNK rapidly established itself by managing approximately 17,000 units as of December 2024. This year, in just two months, DNK successively secured large-scale new contracts, dramatically increasing its total managed units to over 25,000. This remarkable achievement in just a few months proves the strong market competitiveness of DNK's solution.
Beyond a single PMS, DNK has built a solution portfolio that encompasses the entire rental management ecosystem. Centering on the existing 'Property Manager (rental management)', DNK offers specialized solutions such as 'Resident Portal (tenant communication)' and 'Investment Manager (investment analysis)' as bundled products, providing optimal efficiency tailored to client needs. In particular, its flexibility, which is perfectly compatible with various rental environments, and differentiated advanced features like automatic generation of profit and investment reports, are key factors that give DNK's solution unparalleled competitive advantage.
DNK is not only solidifying its position in the domestic market but also accelerating its expansion into overseas markets. Notably, recognizing the potential of the Japanese market early on – a mature corporate rental market that still largely relies on manual management or outdated systems – DNK established a local subsidiary and commenced full-scale market entry and investment. DNK's innovation is expected to bring a breath of fresh air to the Japanese rental management market.
