Dinoticia Launches 'PolyQ' Beta: AI Analysis for National Assembly Records
Innovation in Accessing South Korean Political Data: Dnotitia Unveils 'PoliQ,' an AI-powered National Assembly Minutes Search Service The era of struggling to find necessary information within vast National Assembly minutes is over. AI specialist company Dnotitia announced a revolutionary change in how domestic political data is accessed, unveiling the beta version of its meaning-based AI search service, 'PoliQ,' on the 14th. PoliQ is an intelligent platform that allows users to search approximately 30,000 discussions from National Assembly plenary sessions and committees using natural language, as if asking a human. It summarizes key content based on user queries and instantly provides relevant original sources, maximizing the efficiency of information retrieval. At the core of this service are Dnotitia's self-developed 'Seahorse' vector database and the powerful 'DNA' Large Language Model (LLM). Especially through Agentic RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) technology, the vast full text of meeting minutes is converted into vector data, allowing it to go beyond merely listing keywords to grasp the context and hidden meanings of statements when presenting search results. This clearly overcomes the limitations of existing search methods, providing groundbreaking accessibility to policy researchers, legislative professionals, journalists, and the general public who previously got lost in complex and sequential records. PoliQ can be utilized in various ways, from analyzing policy discussion processes and understanding key legislative issues to grasping the flow of past legislative activities. Now, anyone can participate in the open beta test via the website (poliq.dnotitia.ai) and experience this innovative service for free. Based on user feedback, Dnotitia plans to continuously enhance PoliQ's features and expand its search scope beyond the National Assembly minutes to include local council minutes and various other public data. Jeong Mu-kyung, CEO of Dnotitia, stated, "This is the first step to help citizens access the records of democracy more easily and quickly," expressing the ambition that their AI technology will contribute to the development of South Korean society. Meanwhile, Dnotitia is playing a leading role in the development of the AI ecosystem both domestically and internationally by open-sourcing various AI technologies and tools, including its high-performance LLM foundation model 'DNA'.
