Dayone Company achieved global sales of 4.9 billion won in Q2 2025, recording its highest-ever performance for a single quarter. This represents a 21% increase compared to the same period last year and a 27% increase compared to the previous quarter, achieving approximately one-third of its 2024 annual sales of 15.1 billion won in a single quarter. Since the beginning of this year, global sales have maintained year-on-year growth every month.
Looking at Q2 sales performance by country, the Japanese market led growth, accounting for 59% of total global sales. Dayone Company is targeting the Japanese market by offering VOD lectures (approximately 20,000 yen) specialized in creative fields such as animation, video, and illustration. Marketing is actively conducted through major online advertising platforms like Google and Meta, as well as Niconico Douga, voice actor magazines, CG specialized media, and collaborations with local influencers.
In the U.S. market, the company is differentiating itself with AI and technology-based educational content, presenting lectures involving animators and entrepreneurs.
Dayone Company, currently operating in the U.S., Japan, and Taiwan, plans to expand into five additional countries in the second half of the year: Canada, the UK, Thailand, France, and Australia. Entry into the Chinese market is also being pursued within the year through contracts with local partners. Market entry strategies vary depending on the language region. In English-speaking countries like Canada and Australia, the focus will be on marketing and promotions, while in non-English-speaking countries, the plan is to implement subtitle translation and SNS campaigns.
Lee Kang-min, CEO of Dayone Company, evaluated this performance as the result of the synergy between expertise and execution capabilities across all sectors including content planning, production, localization, and marketing. He stated that by completing expansion into six countries by year-end, global business will become a core growth driver for the company's overall sales starting in 2026.
Meanwhile, Dayone Company plans to expand its portfolio by launching new content in the AI, tech, and financial technology sectors starting in Q4. In addition to the existing ‘Coloso’ brand, the company is preparing to enter the tech and finance sectors using ‘Fast Campus’ and to re-enter the Japanese market with the ‘Fast Campus’ brand.
