AI startup Lemong's innovative service, 'Commentmong,' has surpassed 10,000 small business users within 16 months of its launch, leading the vanguard of digital transformation. 'Commentmong,' which uses AI to automatically analyze and manage the vast amount of customer comments pouring in from delivery apps and map platforms, is effectively serving as an AI agent that significantly lightens the workload of busy small business owners.
Since its debut in March last year, 'Commentmong' has demonstrated a remarkable average monthly growth rate of 151%, proving its strong market reception. In particular, its service churn rate of merely 0.13% per month and a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 64 points, indicative of loyalty levels comparable to Apple and Netflix, show the overwhelming satisfaction of actual users. Users have been unstinting in their praise, stating, "It's convenient to check comments from all platforms at a glance," "It's amazing how AI handles everything from analyzing customer reviews to responding to complaint comments," and "Thanks to this, I've gained more leisure time."
The value of 'Commentmong' is recognized not only by individual store owners but also by franchise headquarters. Leading franchises such as Bon Group (including Bonjuk, etc.) with over 1,700 stores nationwide, Pizza Hut, Yeoljeong Korea, and Hoolala Chicken are actively utilizing 'Commentmong' through headquarters contracts for integrated review analysis of their franchisees, marketing strategy development, and performance analysis of new menu launches.
Lemong also simultaneously strives to strengthen the digital competitiveness of traditional market merchants. Through a business agreement with Busan Gupo Market, it supports the AI transformation of stores within the market and expands technological benefits by providing integrated customer management for offline stores linked with services like Naver Place.
Built upon formidable AI development capabilities comprising developers from Samsung Electronics, Samsung SDS, and Coupang, Lemong achieved the remarkable feat of being selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' TIPS program within 10 months of its establishment, and its potential has been recognized through attracting investments from Bluepoint Partners, The Ventures, LG Uplus, and others. Lemong Co-CEOs Lee Hee-yong and Kim Bo-hyung expressed their ambition, stating, "As an AI partner leading the digital innovation of Korea's 6 million self-employed individuals, we will continue to develop AI services that small business owners can truly feel and experience, thereby resolving technological inequality." 'Commentmong' is the beginning of efficiency and growth that AI brings to busy small business owners.
