## Channel Corporation Wins Seoul Mayor's Award at 'Korea Digital Future Innovation Grand Prize' for AI Consultation Innovation! This awards ceremony, hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and organized by the Korea Artificial Intelligence and Software Industry Association, was an occasion to discover companies that lead digital innovation and contribute to the revitalization of the national industry and economy. Channel Corporation received high praise, particularly for demonstrating outstanding technicality, innovativeness, and potential for development in optimizing customer consultation using the AI agent ALF. Kim Byung-min, Vice Mayor for Political Affairs of Seoul Metropolitan Government, attended the awards ceremony and personally presented the certificate, adding more significance to the award. Channel Talk's ALF accurately understands conversation context based on natural language and quickly finds necessary information for consultations, handling simple, repetitive inquiries on behalf of human agents. Within just one year of its launch, over 2,000 companies in industries such as fashion, beauty, travel, and F&B have adopted ALF, achieving an average AI consultation resolution rate of over 40%. This has allowed customer service agents to focus on more important and complex customer issues, significantly contributing to improving both work efficiency and customer experience simultaneously. Channel Corporation is not stopping there; it is focusing on expanding the practical application of AI technology. It has already successfully introduced 'Team ALF', an AI for internal work assistance, and 'Phone ALF', an AI voice consultation feature. By the end of this month, it plans to further expand the horizon of AI consultation by releasing 'ALF v2', which will be capable of proactive task processing such as reservations, order changes, cancellations, exchanges, and returns.
