Channel Corporation has unveiled the beta version of 'Jeonhwa Alap' (Phone Alap), an innovative AI phone consultation service, within its all-in-one AI business messenger 'Channel Talk'. This expands the functionality of the existing chat consultation AI agent 'Alap' to voice channels, and is expected to open new horizons in automating customer responses for businesses.
'Jeonhwa Alap', as a generative AI agent, naturally converses with customers via voice, understands inquiries, and provides necessary information to perform consultation tasks. A particular strength is that phone consultation content is provided with real-time text conversion and core summaries, helping consultants quickly grasp previous conversation contexts and respond efficiently.
Companies can freely design AI phone consultation scenarios tailored to their business characteristics by utilizing Channel Talk's no-code consultation automation management tool, the 'Workflow' feature. Furthermore, by meticulously specifying the AI agent's voice gender and speaking style, customized services that align with the company's image can be provided.
During the beta service period, Channel Corporation will offer 'Jeonhwa Alap' for free to Channel Talk paid plan customers, and plans to release a full version in the future that includes various voice characters and sophisticated statistical analysis features.

Channel Talk is an all-in-one AI business solution that integrates and provides various functions such as the AI chatbot Alap, Team Alap for internal work assistance, chat consultation, CRM marketing, team messenger, internet phone, and video calls. Notably, 'Meet,' the voice and video service launched in March last year, has surpassed 1 million cumulative calls, proving its competitiveness as a consultation service that integrates chat and phone.
