As the purchase confirmation feature alleviated buyers' anxieties and encouraged product purchases, the sales completion rate within 14 days nearly doubled within six months of the secure payment system's introduction. This means sellers can sell their items more quickly, creating a virtuous cycle beneficial to both buyers and sellers. Transactions (B2C) by 'Pro Stores' operated by professional sellers also recorded growth of 69% in transaction count and 52% in transaction value, proving the synergistic effect across the entire platform. A Bungaejangter official explained, "The buyer's purchase confirmation feature blocked existing anxieties in used goods transactions, receiving a great response." The introduction of the secure payment system also made a groundbreaking contribution to reducing fraud damage. In October 2024, just two months after its introduction, it was announced that the number of fraud cases on the platform had decreased by up to 80%, successfully realizing Bungaejangter's goal of 'safe used goods transactions'.
