Alsquare Vietnam Successfully Targets Premium Market with Local Intimacy and Data Superiority Alsquare Vietnam, a comprehensive commercial real estate service company in Vietnam, is garnering attention for its remarkable performance in the local premium market. In the first half of 2025 alone, it achieved 10 billion KRW in contracted sales, a figure that surpasses last year's annual revenue in just six months. In particular, the recent successful large-scale lease agreement with 'Company S', a leading local Vietnamese conglomerate, served as an opportunity to solidify Alsquare Vietnam's local influence. The secret to this remarkable growth lies in its 'field-centric strategy' and 'data-driven execution capabilities'. Capitalizing on the characteristic of the Vietnamese market where systematic construction of real estate information is underdeveloped, Alsquare Vietnam deployed dedicated survey teams in major cities like Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh. These teams personally visited over 55,000 commercial buildings, collecting extensive on-site data, thereby establishing a unique presence as a 'data company' in a market with high information asymmetry. Yoon Soo-yeon, Chief Information Officer (CIO), emphasized, "An active approach was needed to create information that wasn't on maps ourselves." She stated that by providing customized spatial solutions and project management services based on accumulated data, the company has successfully positioned itself as a total real estate service provider, moving beyond simple brokerage. Based on this data superiority, Alsquare Vietnam is preparing to launch the first map-based commercial real estate information service covering all of Vietnam. The core of this service will be regular due diligence and full survey data on over 26,400 office buildings, over 12,700 factories, and over 600 industrial complexes. It plans to innovate information accessibility by localizing the 'map listing system' proven in Korea to suit the Vietnamese market. CIO Yoon revealed her ambition, stating, "We will create a turning point by increasing information transparency and improving the efficiency of investment decisions in the Vietnamese market, where human networks and landlord tendencies have an absolute influence on pricing more than institutions." Furthermore, Alsquare Vietnam is also playing a role as a business bridge between the two countries by jointly operating a one-stop platform with the Seoul Business Agency (SBA) to assist Korean companies in entering Vietnam.
