Albaemon's workplace management service, 'Bossmon,' has newly introduced an 'automatic clock-in/out' feature to assist with efficient store operations. This initiative is particularly aimed at enhancing convenience for small business owners who have struggled with managing part-time employee attendance, thereby reducing their heavy workload.
This feature automatically records part-time employees' clock-in/out times within the app and incorporates them into payroll calculations. If an employee's working hours are preset in the Bossmon app, their work hours are automatically applied without requiring a separate clock-in. The service can be used immediately by linking Bossmon and Crewmon (employee-specific app) accounts just once.
Business owners will be freed from the hassle of manually managing the attendance of multiple employees. It is expected to prevent issues such as unrecorded clock-ins/outs or proxy clock-ins, and eliminate the need to re-enter missing attendance data, thus significantly improving store operational efficiency. Part-time employees will also be relieved of the effort of manually entering their clock-in/out times daily, and their pre-set working hours will be automatically reflected, helping to reduce attendance-related disputes with business owners.
In addition to the automatic clock-in/out feature, Bossmon is receiving great responses as a customized service optimized for small business owners. Its MAU (Monthly Active Users) in February this year increased by 318% compared to six months prior, and both Bossmon and Crewmon recorded their highest-ever number of user sign-ups last month, demonstrating rapid growth.
Moving forward, Bossmon plans to introduce tax and labor support features utilizing AI and will also focus on enhancing existing core services such as schedule dashboards, employment contracts, and pay stubs. It aims to continuously expand its services to enable small business owners to manage their stores more conveniently.
