AI platform company Acryl, together with Sungkyunkwan University, has been selected for the Ministry of Science and ICT's '2025 AI Star Fellowship Support Program', and will lead the development of next-generation AI agent technology and talent cultivation. This project aims to 'develop collaborative intelligent agent technology for Human×AI partnership collaboration' and is a large-scale national project with a total investment of 11.55 billion KRW (including 11 billion KRW in government funding) over 5 years and 6 months, from July 2025 to December 2030. Acryl will use this opportunity to significantly expand its existing LLMOps platform 'Jonathan' into a healthcare-specialized AgentOps platform. Beyond simply managing and deploying models, it plans to transition to an AgentOps system that implements 'Synergistic AI Multi-Agent technology', enabling the configuration, coordination, and cooperation of agents with autonomous characteristics. 'Jonathan' is a proven technology that has already improved LLM training speed by over 53% and won the Grand Prize at the 2024 AI Service Awards. The company plans to create innovative AI healthcare services by combining the technology to be developed through this project with its medical AI platform 'NADIA', which is active in hospitals such as Uzbekistan's 4th Hospital. In particular, it plans to strengthen 'NADIA's medical intelligence and accelerate hospital work automation by integrating a role-based multi-agent collaboration structure, including diagnosis, response, and monitoring, into 'Jonathan'. The development of humanoid embodied companion agent technology that interacts with users and accumulates knowledge and experience is also a key task. Acryl has already demonstrated robust technological capabilities, presenting research achievements related to embodied agents at global conferences such as NeurIPS and EMNLP, and with its Korean LLM 'Areum' (A-LLM) ranking first on the leaderboard. Acryl, which has achieved over 10 billion KRW in annual revenue, secured approximately 80 client companies, and is proceeding with an IPO, will leverage this project to secure technological competitiveness and key talent in the medical and healthcare fields. Its ambition is to present a new AI healthcare paradigm that evolves with users' lives through its 'Carevo (Care+evolution)' service.
