AI Fintech 'PinFlow' Launches, Leading Digital Finance

## Megazone-Shinhan Financial Lead Digital Financial Innovation with Launch of Next-Generation FinTech Platform 'Finflow' Cloud and AI specialist Megazone and Shinhan Financial, Korea's leading financial group, have joined forces to officially launch 'Finflow,' a next-generation fintech platform company. The launch ceremony, held on the 16th at Shinhan Card headquarters in Euljiro, Seoul, was attended by key officials from both companies, including Finflow CEO Cha Sang-hoon and Shinhan Card CEO Park Chang-hoon, heralding the dawn of a new era of digital finance. Four core affiliates of Shinhan Financial Group – Shinhan Bank, Shinhan Card, Shinhan Investment Corp., and Shinhan Life – are participating as strategic equity investors in Finflow, a subsidiary established by Megazone, foreshadowing close cooperation between the two companies. Finflow plans to provide an innovative next-generation fintech experience to both individual and corporate customers, leveraging AI and advanced digital marketing technologies as its core competencies. Its goal is to create differentiated value by pursuing AI-based financial services, advanced customer digital marketing, and organic integration with external non-financial services. Based on its accumulated cloud and AI technological capabilities, Megazone will actively pursue innovative businesses through the convergence of finance and technology, including AI transformation, digital marketing, and B2B2C fintech services. In particular, Finflow will expand customers' digital financial experiences naturally in their daily lives by providing financial content curation and participatory reward services through 'We Learn Buff Pick,' its self-developed AI-based content and reward platform. At the launch ceremony, Finflow CEO Cha Sang-hoon stated his ambition, saying, "Finflow's goal is to build innovative services that go beyond the existing framework of finance through the convergence of finance and technology, and to secure new growth engines.
