Assurrance has launched an innovative 'AI text interpretation service' to take the lead in resolving inconveniences for insurance consumers and enhancing their rights. Notification texts sent by insurance companies are often filled with jargon, making it difficult for ordinary consumers to understand whether insurance claims will be paid or compensation-related details. Crucially, important rights, such as the 'right to appoint a free independent loss adjuster,' were often overlooked. This information imbalance caused unnecessary confusion and anxiety. This newly launched service allows users to upload texts from insurance companies, and the AI precisely analyzes the core content to clearly determine whether it's a simple notification, a preliminary denial of payment, or a situation where a loss adjuster can be appointed. Its greatest strength is that the AI accurately identifies the potential for appointing a loss adjuster hidden within the insurance company's wording, helping consumers actively exercise their rights. Based on the analysis results, consumers are naturally connected to Assurrance's 'All-Receive (올받음)' service, enabling them to proactively take necessary actions such as appointing a loss adjuster, verifying diagnostic claims, and phone consultations. All-Receive has already significantly increased the number of direct appointments of independent loss adjusters from 548 cases in 2023 to 1,286 cases in 2024, handling 739 cases (57.5%) of these, thereby serving as a reliable helper for insurance consumers. Yeom Seon-mu, CEO of Assurrance, stated his ambition: "We will resolve the chronic information asymmetry problem in the insurance market through AI technology and help consumers fully understand and exercise their rights." This service will pave a new path for consumers to no longer be marginalized but to participate actively and independently in complex insurance procedures.
