## AGCC to Lead the Successful Soft Landing of Promising Overseas Startups in Korea with 'K-Scouter' Selection!
AGCC, a Middle East-based global business developer, has been proudly selected as the lead organization for the 2025 'K-Scouter' program, organized by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development (KISED). With this, AGCC is ready to inject a wave of global innovation into the Korean startup ecosystem. Through this selection, AGCC will actively support promising overseas startups in entering and successfully settling in the Korean market, playing a crucial role in strengthening the global competitiveness of the domestic startup ecosystem.
**K-Scouter: Bringing Global Innovation to Korea**
The K-Scouter program is an inbound-focused initiative that utilizes the lead organization's extensive global network to discover promising overseas startups wishing to enter the Korean market, and fully supports their relocation of headquarters to Korea and new settlement. By December 2025, the lead organizations will select overseas startups and provide systematic acceleration and stable settlement support.
**AGCC's Differentiated Support Strategy**
AGCC plans to actively leverage its strong, practical collaboration networks established in major global startup hubs such as the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia), North America (USA), Northern Europe (Sweden), and Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Singapore) to identify high-potential global companies. In particular, approximately 10 selected overseas startups (including reverse-flip companies) will be provided with an optimal support package for a soft landing in the Korean market.
* **Korea Settlement Fast Track:** One-stop support for corporate establishment in Korea, visa issuance, and entry into incubation centers, minimizing administrative burden.
* **Networking and Investment Attraction Opportunities:** Expand contact points with investors and potential partners through linkage with AGCC's monthly networking platform 'LinkX Alliance' and hosting demo days.
* **Government Policy Linkage:** Maximize synergy through subsequent linkages with various inbound policies of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and KISED (such as Startup Korea Visa, Global Startup Center, etc.).
* **Integrated Solution Provision:** Operate an integrated package encompassing PoC (Proof of Concept), investment attraction, and matching with Korean partners to help overseas companies stably take root and successfully grow in the Korean startup ecosystem.
**Jeon Jeong-hyun, CEO of AGCC, "Making Korea a Strategic Hub for Asian and Global Expansion"**
Jeon Jeong-hyun, CEO of AGCC, expressed strong anticipation regarding this selection, stating, "AGCC will directly apply the 'PoC-Market Entry-Investment' model, which has been successfully proven in the Middle Eastern market, to the Korean inbound program, and actively support overseas startups to establish Korea as a core strategic base for their Asian and global expansion." He also added, "Ultimately, we will do our best to further strengthen the global competitiveness of the domestic startup ecosystem," presenting a vision for the future of the Korean market.
Through the successful execution of the K-Scouter program, AGCC is expected to contribute to Korea establishing itself as Asia's central hub for attracting and growing global innovation companies.
