Healthcare patient experience (PX) management infrastructure startup Motion Labs has been selected as a member of NVIDIA's startup nurturing program "NVIDIA Inception." NVIDIA Inception is a global program that discovers promising startups with innovative technologies such as AI and data science to support their growth. Selected companies receive a variety of support, including access to NVIDIA's GPU infrastructure, AI development tools, specialized training, and connections to a global investment network. This selection acknowledges Motion Labs' potential to build PX intelligence based on over 5 million patient communication and interaction data in the global market. Motion Labs operates a patient experience-based CRM solution for hospitals called "Re:Visit." Re:Visit delivers content for patient recovery and management, precautions, and communications to improve patient satisfaction at appropriate times, thereby increasing revisit rates and systematically managing patient relationships. It is expanding into a PX intelligence platform that integrates and structures fragmented patient experience data, linking it to hospital management performance. With this selection, Motion Labs plans to utilize NVIDIA's AI infrastructure to enhance its data analysis and decision-making support capabilities. They aim to develop hospital management intelligence based on patient communication data, refine message generation tailored to patient characteristics, and create AI-driven dashboards. Lee Woo-jin, CEO of Motion Labs, stated, "Korean healthcare has a high density of medical care and frequent patient touchpoints, but the infrastructure for accumulating patient experience data and utilizing it for management is very lacking. We will build a key AI infrastructure that connects patient experience to hospital growth." Motion Labs has secured over 400 client hospitals nationwide just 1 year and 10 months after the launch of Re:Visit.
