Mokoflex has officially launched 'Quro,' an innovative table order service incorporating AI technology, laying the groundwork for a groundbreaking improvement in operational efficiency for small businesses and franchise stores. Mokoflex CEO Park Na-ra stated that 'Quro' was developed by integrating 13 years of accumulated know-how in advertising and commerce solution operations, along with patented technologies related to QR code security and point accumulation. He expressed expectations that through Quro, stores would not only achieve convenience in the ordering process but also simultaneously increase sales and enhance customer loyalty through powerful marketing effects.
'Quro' is an AI marketing solution that goes beyond a simple QR code-based table order system. From easy table ordering to automatic point and stamp accumulation, review event registration, and sending notification messages to encourage re-visits, it automates the entire store operation process, reducing the workload.
Its actual effects were clearly demonstrated during a 6-month pilot operation targeting stores in Seoul. A total revenue of 5 billion won was recorded, and 60,000 instances (worth 300 million won) of customer point accumulation occurred. Notably, the customer revisit rate increased by 32%, and it showed an astonishing sales conversion effect of up to 34 times the marketing cost, proving Quro's value.
Based on this success, Mokoflex plans to further enhance its marketing features within the year and expand its solution supply to various industries, including distribution, specialized delivery stores, and leisure and entertainment, beyond F&B, fashion, lifestyle, and accommodation.
Meanwhile, to commemorate the official launch, Mokoflex is running a special event until March 31st, offering QR code table order services and review marketing features for free to newly adopting stores.
Established in 2011, Mokoflex gained recognition for its technology, starting with the development of 'Adlib,' Korea's first mobile ad optimization platform, and securing a total of 5.3 billion won in investments from investors such as BonAngels Partners and IMM Investment. It has consistently introduced innovative services like the personalized recommendation service 'More' and the shopping mall operation solution 'MyShop,' leading the domestic IT market.
