Education technology company LiveData has officially launched 'MATHMORE,' an innovative artificial intelligence (AI)-based math learning app for high school students, opening a new chapter in the era of self-directed learning. This service combines advanced AI and sophisticated knowledge map technology to help students form self-learning habits and effectively improve their math skills.
The core of MATHMORE lies in its user-customized learning experience. By providing one problem daily, it fosters consistent learning habits, while the AI tutor 'S'more' provides step-by-step hints tailored to each student's comprehension level and answers questions instantly, supporting seamless learning. In particular, S'more, based on a large language model (LLM), flexibly adjusts problem difficulty according to changes in a student's ability, and utilizes Knowledge Tracing technology to precisely analyze individual learning weaknesses and even propose improvement strategies.
Conceptual learning is systematically conducted through knowledge maps, and premium explanations aid in deeper understanding. It primarily targets students from the 3rd year of middle school to the 3rd year of high school, comprehensively offering practical problems and strategies for preparing for the CSAT (College Scholastic Ability Test) and internal school exams. The AI report function for both parents and students allows for a quick overview of weekly and monthly learning progress, enabling efficient study management.
MATHMORE is freely available on mobile and tablet environments and adds the convenience of receiving one problem daily via KakaoTalk. It is offered as a subscription service for 9,900 won per month, and to celebrate its launch, a 1-month free trial and a welcome goods kit giveaway event are currently underway.
Choi Jin-hyung, CPO of LiveData, stated, "MATHMORE aims to contribute to students forming personalized learning habits and improving their skills by solving math problems with AI every day." Based on the core technologies applied in MATHMORE, LiveData plans to play a leading role in the AI digital textbook market in the future. Through collaborations with major publishers like Dong-a Publishing, AI learning diagnostic and tutor solutions will be expanded to elementary, middle, and high school math and English subjects, and this is expected to accelerate the digital transformation of the education field.
