Leading the Foreign Job Market with AI-Powered Innovation, Job Korea's 'KLiK' Experiences Explosive Growth Job Korea's foreign job search platform 'KLiK' is charting a relentless growth trajectory, leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) technology and opening new horizons in the domestic foreign workforce market. Since its launch in July last year, KLiK has seen a remarkable 500% surge in foreign job seeker profile registrations, and cumulative job postings also surpassed 81,000 in just six months. The core driver behind this phenomenal growth is the innovative 'AI Recommended Jobs' feature. The AI algorithm precisely analyzes job seekers' detailed profiles, including visa type, career experience, and interests, allowing users to instantly receive personalized recruitment information optimized for them on the main screen with just a single profile registration upon signing up, thereby maximizing user convenience. According to KLiK data, 54% of all registered profiles are in their 20s, with particularly notable participation from foreign students born between 2000 and 2004. By nationality, active participation is observed in the order of China (11.7%), India (10.3%), and Uzbekistan (5.3%). Chris Heo, KLiK Business Lead at Job Korea, emphasized, "As we enter an era of one million foreign workers, KLiK is establishing itself as a leading platform through various efforts including service development and offline communication," adding, "In the future, we will further enhance AI matching capabilities by internalizing Job Korea's own generative AI solution and ultimately leap forward to become a global job matching service." Meanwhile, KLiK recently obtained the highly prestigious Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification in Korea, proving the reliability and security level of its service.
